Deposit for a Tennessee grass-fed lamb ( full size over one year of age) to fill your freezer, the average weight is between 60- 80 lbs of meat. This deposit holds a full share of meat from Acorn Ridge Farm. That includes all the specific cuts pre-packaged and frozen. The meat is processed at a USDA facility. Your deposit covers processing, once the order is complete you will pay the remaining balance at $9 per lb.
